Added
- Three new stem separation models, each downloadable from the stem view. All are MIT-licensed.
- SCNet: small and fast, and runs well on the CPU.
- Mini-BS-RoFormer V2.5: much faster than full-size models, with slightly lower quality.
- MVSep Mega 53: finds 53 individual instruments, such as kick, snare, hi-hat, lead and backing vocals, piano, strings and brass. Its stems overlap, so they don't add up to the mix.
- Each model now shows what it needs to run: how much RAM (in red when your computer has less), roughly how long a 3-minute song takes on the CPU, and whether a GPU is recommended.
Changed
- STEMS now opens a full-size stem view, like the file browser.
- On the left, pick a model. Each one shows its description, license, credits and download progress.
- On the right, tick the stems you want. Stems are grouped, with search and all/none buttons.
- Along the bottom, choose the device, mode and output folder.
- The view remembers the last model you used and which stems you picked for each model.
- Model downloads are checked before they're installed, so a damaged download is caught right away instead of failing later.
- Generated stems keep their names (such as "lead-vocal" or "kick") when you save and reopen a project.
Fixed
- Reopening a project no longer turns piano stems and combined stems into guitar stems.
