Operational settings previously required environment edits and restarts. Release 0.59.0 moves them into Settings and the API, including persistent renderer and TTS controls.
- Fix extraction, uploaded-document handling, job cleanup, authentication, and playback bugs; improve keyboard navigation, enlarged layouts, and screen-reader feedback.
- Patch vulnerable dependencies, remove unused Perth training packages, harden builds and audio decoding, update configuration documentation, and extend Chatterbox monitoring to GitHub releases and source changes.
- Verified: 1,487 tests passed; lint, frontend build, image startup, renderer egress, and CPU/GPU-image watermark checks passed. All five images were rebuilt and published for linux/amd64. The Trivy gate passed with reviewed exceptions for unpatched, unused vulnerable paths.
