Hyprland build kit for Omarchy Edge x86_64

This kit rebuilds the optional Cua Hyprland plugin from
Driver 0.33.2
against the measured omarchy-edge-20261004 profile. It contains source,
packaging tools, checksums and provenance. It is not a prebuilt or
Omarchy-signed plugin package.

• Source and tooling: c82d32e3e1adbc6578a148962002ddf6e3e8a15a, the cua-driver-rs-v0.33.2 tag.
• Environment: Hyprland 0.56.2-4, GCC 16.2.1 20260810, Mesa 1:26.2.4-1, plus the exact compositor, header, compiler and runtime identities in the profile.
• Supported pairing: a plugin built from this kit with Cua Driver 0.33.2, input protocol 3, and native Wayland Inkscape 1.4.4-6 for background input.
• Qualification: the package built from this kit (0.33.2-2) passed the isolated lifecycle, live install over and rollback to Omarchy's 0.32.0-3, reboot, the production smoke and two-lane proof with the published Driver, and the complete native Linux runner. QUALIFICATION.md lists every digest and limit. The full record is in #4395.

Verify the archive against its published SHA-256, and review PROFILE.json and
KIT-PROVENANCE.json before building. Keep the KIT-PROVENANCE.json digest,
e1c1653045149af9e1fba077a5bd91008c3178a180e62ac06dac9f19c6db5fbe, for the
consumer check. Its provenance intentionally makes no native-certification claim;
the evidence is recorded separately.

Omarchy owns Omabot replay, package maintenance and signing, and channel
promotion. This release does not put a package into Omarchy's repositories.
