551b6a8: Default MCP tool approval to @destructive only. Selecting Other/read-only tools clears approval; selecting destructive tools keeps it on. Migrate mounts still carrying the old @write+@destructive default.
551b6a8: Let Build Agent pick which MCP tools require human approval, saved as require_approval_for_tools on the agent spec, and make unchecked tool checkboxes legible in both tool selectors. The agent Overview tab now expands each attached MCP server into its tools, with read/write/destructive labels and approval state.
