Changes:
- Skip setting up default_config components when default_config is already loaded
When adding the integration from the UI for the first time,default_configis already loaded in Home Assistant, so do not re-run setup for its dependencies before the required restart. - Mark the integration as single_config_entry in manifest.json
- Add FAQ for components that are still running after being disabled
