What's Changed
This release adds AniList and MyAnimeList integrations for syncing anime lists to Plex collections, a new option to randomize group display order, and a fix for movie GUID matching in MDBList and Trakt sync.
Important: other than fixes, this will probably be the last release before v0.6.0. Gonna start working on some really cool new features/integrations, and am really excited for everyone to start playing around with them :)
AniList Integration
Sync anime lists from AniList directly into your Plex collections. Use your AniList account on the new Anime tab i(Integrations page), choose list types (Watching, Completed, Plan to Watch, etc.), and map them to your Plex anime library. Includes AniList-to-TVDB/TMDB ID mapping for accurate Plex matching- big thanks to anime-lists community! (#83)
MyAnimeList Integration
Sync anime lists from MyAnimeList alongside or instead of AniList. Supports the same list types and ID mapping approach, with OAuth2 authentication for secure API access. Both anime integrations share a unified Anime tab on the Integrations page. (#85)
New Features
- Randomize Group Order - New toggle in Configure Layout settings to shuffle the display order of groups on each rotation. This randomizes which groups appear first on your homescreen while keeping collection selection within each group unchanged. (#86)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed movie GUID matching for MDBList and Trakt sync - external IDs (TMDB, IMDB) were not being matched correctly, causing synced lists to miss movies already in your library (#82)
