Coffee GB 1.7.16 updates the native distribution pipeline across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

• Windows now ships as a portable .exe instead of an MSI package.
• Published release artifacts exclude JSON metadata while retaining checksums and the native package matrix.
• Native installers render the copyright holder as Tomasz Rękawek using platform-safe Unicode/RTF encoding.
• Native packages no longer register Coffee GB as a handler for .gb, .gbc, or .rom files.
