• 5cd9512: Ignore an empty (or whitespace-only) transloadit_gateway in fetched provider credentials again. Since 7.0.0 an empty string was passed to new URL(), which threw Invalid URL and turned every OAuth login using such credentials into a "Could not fetch credentials" page.
• 071d167: Requests naming an unknown provider (for example /nonexistent/list/, or /instagram/list/ now that Instagram is gone) are answered with a 400 again instead of being left without a response. The provider middleware stopped calling next() on that path in the TypeScript port, so such requests hung until the client gave up.
