• Add a ?count=true query parameter to RecordApi.list to fetch the total
  number of entries.
• Return error on invalid list queries rather than skipping over them.
• Address Admin UI issues:
• Stale config after altering schema or dropping table.

• Hide "sqlite_" internal tables in Admin UI.
