• Add a trail run --read-only flag to disable all config and SQLite DB writes (logs DB excluded). This will not be a useful flag for most folks. It is explicitly meant for experimenting with read replicas.
• Add object storage (S3) settings to admin UI.
• Minor: update admin UI's quick reference.
• Update dependencies.
