First Windows binary package of all python modules used in Sushi.
While you don't need to have Python, OpenCV or NumPy installed to run this, it does not include ffmpeg or mkvextract, you'll have to install those yourself if you need them.
To run this package, just unpack it to some directory and run sushi.exe.
