Cloud and platform impact
- The OpenTypeless managed-cloud STT route, quota checks, compute usage, and normal success-path latency are unchanged.
- The Qwen3 integration is BYOK and connects directly from the desktop app to the selected Alibaba Cloud region.
- Verified by CI on macOS universal, Windows x64, Linux x64, and Linux ARM64.
