Fixed

  • Azure CLI Version Parsing - Fixed version detection showing "-" instead of actual version:
    • Added dedicated parser for Azure CLI's unique output format (azure-cli 2.82.0 *)
    • Version now correctly extracted and displayed in Settings → Clients
  • Teleport CLI Version Parsing - Fixed version showing full output instead of clean version:
    • Added dedicated parser for Teleport's output format (Teleport v18.6.5 git:...)
    • Now displays clean version like v18.6.5
  • Flatpak XDG Config - Removed unnecessary --filesystem=xdg-config/rustconn:create permission:
    • Flatpak sandbox automatically provides access to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
    • Configuration now stored in standard Flatpak location (~/.var/app/io.github.totoshko88.RustConn/config/)
  • Teleport CLI Detection - Fixed detection using wrong binary name (teleporttsh)

Changed

  • RDP Client Detection - Improved FreeRDP detection with Wayland support:
    • Priority order: FreeRDP 3.x (wlfreerdp3/xfreerdp3) → FreeRDP 2.x (wlfreerdp/xfreerdp) → rdesktop
    • Wayland-native clients (wlfreerdp3/wlfreerdp) now checked before X11 variants
    • Updated install hint to recommend freerdp3-wayland package
  • Client Install Hints - Unified and improved package installation messages:
    • Format: Install <deb-package> (<rpm-package>) package
    • SSH: openssh-client (openssh-clients)
    • RDP: freerdp3-wayland (freerdp)
    • VNC: tigervnc-viewer (tigervnc)
    • Zero Trust CLIs: simplified to package names only
  • Dependencies - Updated: bytes 1.11.0→1.11.1, flate2 1.1.8→1.1.9, regex 1.12.2→1.12.3

Refactored

  • Client Detection - Unified detection logic in rustconn-core:
    • Removed duplicate version parsing from clients_tab.rs (~200 lines)
    • Added detect_spice_client() to core detection module
    • Added ZeroTrustDetectionResult struct for all Zero Trust CLI clients
    • GUI now uses ClientDetectionResult and ZeroTrustDetectionResult from core
