Aurora v1.11.0: Verified part numbers and validated netlists

latest releases: v1.20.0, v1.19.0, v1.18.0...

What's new

The fab-ready pipeline from v1.10.0 is now complete and verified end to end.

  • Real JLCPCB part numbers - 9 of 10 sensor profiles carry LCSC numbers verified live against the JLCPCB parts catalog, with a monthly sync keeping their library status current. Hardware projects get orderable BOMs instead of placeholders.
  • Machine-validated netlists - every custom-PCB delivery runs validate_schematic.py, catching shorts (one pin in two nets), undeclared components, duplicate nets, and missing ground before anything reaches a fab. The OpenSCAD enclosure template is render-verified to produce a printable, manifold STL.
  • Current ESPHome syntax - all ESPHome examples and references use the actions terminology (api: actions:, homeassistant.action) ESPHome adopted in line with Home Assistant. Old configs keep working; new output follows the current docs.
  • Smarter multi-agent builds - the debugging, QA, review, and documentation specialists coordinate through the shared project snapshot instead of guessing from conversation history.
