Trying to improve SmartProxy a bit...
I've added some SmartProxy settings and a new button to force reset downloads that are about to finish but have some slot "stuck" in a very slow proxy. Pressing that button will force it to choose another proxy from the list (random).
I hope this is useful.
(V7.84 fix smart proxy forced was forced always).
