2026.05 Update

1. Networking improvements: sending block candidates over a dedicated block-sync overlay
2. Multiple collation, validation, and block-application optimizations: improved performance for both validators and liteservers
3. TVM v14
4. Various changes and updates, including get_shard_client_state in liteserver, removal of legacy code (catchain, adnl-proxy, rldp1), adding comments and refactoring to make the code easier for agents to understand and audit

Besides the work of the core team, this update also includes contributions from multiple bug-bounty hunters.
