Some UI tweak

Jump to setting when launched.
Added short cut key in setting (ZL+B) to go straight to Monitor mode and unfreeze the game if frozen.
Pressing ZL+B from Monitor mode will freeze the game.
If you do not want to freeze the game press Lstick and Rstick to exit Monitor mode.
Added short cut key (X) to jump to setting from main menu.
