More UI tweak and some new features

Key hints off by default. Turn it on to see what is new.
Option to not display cheats that is outside of the current outline label (press X to toggle).
Find next enabled cheat in setting (press Y to find next enabled cheat).
More navigation option. Left and right now go in cycle with no ending state.
L and R is Page up / Page down or Next / Previous outline depending on state of show all cheats.
