📁 File System & Navigation Improvements

• Automatic Note Generation
  When saving cheat codes to a file, the system now automatically creates corresponding entries in notes.txt if they are missing. This saves you from manually creating entries, so you can focus on writing notes.

  [!NOTE]
  Breezehand only supports Use title id = 1.

• Parent Directory Support
  Added .. support in all directory listings for easier folder navigation.

• Note Display Fix
  Fixed an issue where notes were not displayed correctly when cheats were organized inside folders.

🎨 UI & Terminology Revisions

• Focus Manager Standardization
  Renamed "Focus Mode Toggle Key" to "Focus Manager Key" across the UI, documentation, and source code for improved clarity and consistency.

• Menu Cleanup
  Removed the "Extra button=" setting from both the Settings and Focus Manager menus.

  [!NOTE]
  This option is no longer needed, as =1 is now the only recommended configuration for stable operation.

• Extended Cheat Menu Improvement
  The "Make off Cheat" option now:

  • Generates a cheat named {signature} (when a signature is defined)
  • Automatically places the generated cheat at the top of the cheat list
