📝 Changes

• Updated the simple cheat menu to display notes for cheats when a notes.txt file is present in the Breeze cheat directory of the game.
• Notes.txt using the format:

[{cheat label}]
note = {note text}

• The auto-download-from-URL feature now also downloads notes.txt when it is present in the same directory as the cheat file.
