beta128.10

Same gen2 fork (v0.21), HOME daemon (SwitchU 1.2.0o) and sys-ftp as beta128.09; Breeze.nro and the PC app changed.

Three fixes: saving cheats after the game crashed could wreck the cheat source file and crash Breeze; Game Information told users outside Overlay mode to wait for a function map that would never be built; and the PC app forgot every Switch but the last one.
