The gen2 fork is the same version (v0.20). There is no need to reinstall it.

Folders inside folders

Cheat folders can now hold other folders, so a long cheat list can be sorted into groups, and groups inside groups. Breezehand already reads cheat files this way, so a file looks the same in both.

The Cheats screen shows one folder at a time:

• Press A on a folder to open it.
• Press B to go back up one folder. The cursor lands on the folder you came from. At the top, B leaves the Cheats screen as before.
• The title at the top shows where you are, for example Cheats > Developer cheats > Toggles.

Cut and paste work inside folders too. Cut a folder, open another folder and paste: the folder goes in front of the row the cursor is on.

To make a folder inside a folder in a cheat file, put the inner folder's opening cheat (20000000) and closing cheat (20000001) between the outer folder's two:

If an older cheat file looks wrong: files that put two folder starts in a row without a closing cheat between them now show the second folder inside the first. Add the missing closing cheat (20000001) before the second folder.
