The gen2 fork is the same version (v0.20). There is no need to reinstall it. For the Nintendo applets on the new Games screen, install the SwitchU daemon 1.2.0n (Settings > HOME daemon).

Games

Main has a new Games button (ZR+X): your games with their icons, last played first. With SwitchU's Breeze first, Breeze can now be your HOME screen on its own.

• A starts a game. On the running game, A goes back to it. On another game while one is running, Breeze asks before closing the running one and starting the new one.
• X closes the running game, after a warning.
• Minus shows a game's details: publisher, version, size.
• ZL+Y searches by name.
• R switches between the icon grid and a list.
• L turns airplane mode (Wi-Fi) on and off. Controllers keep working.
• Plus opens Nintendo's applets: Controllers, Change Button Mapping, Album, Mii Maker, Internet connection and Add user.

The first time, Breeze reads the names and icons of your games in the background (about 40 seconds for 120 games). After that the screen opens at once.

With Jump to Last Menu on, Breeze opens on Games when no game is running.

A game started from Breeze no longer shows an old picture of another game while it loads.

PC connect and the PC app

• A PC that went to sleep while connected could make the Switch hang later. Fixed.
• The PC app's screen is about twice as fast (up to 18 fps on Breeze's menus, 9 with a game in front).
• Breeze could crash at start while the PC app was showing its screen. Fixed.

Cheats

• On an Extract row of the field view, Make cheat now makes the cheat for the extracted value.
• A cheat made from another screen now shows on the Cheats screen at once, also when your cheat file uses folders.
