beta125.02

No new gen2 fork: this release uses the same one as beta124.07 (v0.20).

New: Unreal object view shows its pointer chain, and Find chain

In the UObject view (Unreal games), the bottom line now shows how Breeze got to the object, by property name:

GWorld > OwningGameInstance > LocalPlayers[0] > PlayerController > Pawn > HPComponent

You get this when you reach the object from the object browser, from a bookmark, or by opening a pointer row.

Find chain (ZR+Down) finds a pointer chain from the game's main module to the object on screen. It takes a few seconds; the first search after starting Breeze takes about 5 seconds longer. The list puts the chain from GWorld through your player first. Pick one with Use chain, and Make cheat then builds a cheat that follows it, so it keeps working after the object moves. Bookmark saves the chain instead.

To find a chain for a value you found in a memory search, open it with Class field first, then use Find chain from the object view.

Fix: the Breezehand watch overlay works with the current gen2 fork

breezehand_watch.ovl in this package is the one from Breezehand 0.10.3c.

  • The old one said "gen2 fork not installed or version mismatch" with the current fork and showed nothing. It works again.
  • If Breeze is running a Field watch, Method watch or Code watch, the overlay now says which one, with its total, and tells you to see the results in Breeze. Before, it showed an empty list or rows of meaningless addresses.
  • L3+Y (Trace) does nothing while one of those watches is running, so it can no longer stop Breeze's watch.
