Breeze beta119.01

Install SwitchU fork in Settings now always installs the newest release of
tomvita's SwitchU fork, currently 1.2.0b. beta119.00 was pinned to 1.2.0a.

Install SwitchU fork gets the newest release

Breeze now downloads SwitchU.zip from whichever tomvita/SwitchU release is
marked Latest on GitHub. New fork releases reach Breeze without a Breeze update.
The button, the warning that it replaces upstream SwitchU, the progress screen,
and keeping SwitchU off if it was off all work as before.

SwitchU 1.2.0b adds:

• Filter by name: press X on the home screen and type part of a game's name.
• Close game?: asks before starting a different game while one is suspended.
• USB keyboard: type into text boxes with a USB keyboard.
• Sleep fix: sleeping with Breeze open behind the game no longer leaves the
  game or HOME frozen after waking.

Already running the fork? Breeze shows SwitchU=on/off instead of the
install button. To update from Breeze, delete
sdmc:/config/SwitchU/home_toggle (for example with an FTP client or a file
manager), then open Settings: the Install SwitchU fork button appears.
Install before rebooting, because the fork writes that file again at every
boot. Installing writes it back, so the SwitchU and Home toggle buttons return
as usual. You can also copy the atmosphere and switch folders from the
SwitchU 1.2.0b SwitchU.zip to the SD card by hand, then reboot.
