New page number display for button menu

• Implemented page pagination formatting (e.g., 'Normal X/Y') on the extra button and fixed a bug where dynamic menu transitions inherited old page offsets.

Unified dmnt

• Version 0.14 integrates all dmnt features directly into dmnt.gen2.
• There is now only one debugger to attach to a game, with no need to switch between gen1 and gen2.
• All features are now available simultaneously.
• To install, use the button in the Settings menu.
• If you have an older version of the gen2 fork installed, you must first use the button in the Settings menu to uninstall it.
