Unified dmnt

• Version 0.14 integrates all dmnt features directly into dmnt.gen2.
• There is now only one debugger to attach to a game, with no need to switch between gen1 and gen2.
• All features are now available simultaneously.
• To install, use the button in the Settings menu.
• If you have an older version of the gen2 fork installed, you must first use the button in the Settings menu to uninstall it.

Remove debug log from gen2 fork (big performance hit).
Fix a bug concerning sysmodule manager not working due to gen2 menu exit closing service it needs.

This one has a revised gen2 fork. Be sure to uninstall and reinstall gen2 fork to use this enhanced version.
