• Fix incorrect 65c02 NOP behaviour
• Improve 1770 FDC timing in double density mode

UI stuff

• Add load/save window layout
• Add option of reordering the configs in the Hardware menu

Debugger stuff

• Add some symbols and/or breakpoint features to the HTTP API
• Move some debug stuff into submenus, as the menu was getting rather long
• Move some debug stuff into a new Extras menu, hidden by default, as the menu was still a bit much

• Update some of the libraries that b2 uses
