Gameplay
[] Add optional war start mode by day instead of player level, can only be chosen at game start
[] Add option to disable tutorial pop-ups in game start menu
[] Make player speed buff in towns adjustable in mod options (also increasing visibility of the feature)
[] Rank and influence cheats now increment in 20% steps for easier adjusting. Also, both now work independently.
[] Tweak chance for spawning advance camp, so it is lower initially but increases over time; increase cooldown after destruction and increase fac str threshold and cost
[] Tweak kill/wounded and prisoner management formulas, edit skill description
Siege Improvements and Fixes
[] Improved team assignment, so players always have a small contingent of troops following them
[] Add possibility to capture and disable defender spawn points
[] Fix player team assignment in sieges, so now the flag markers correctly show the agents that the player can command
[] fix siege archer script, so player team archers are not reassigned to infantry if out of ammo
[*] Tweak siege spawn numbers
Fixes
[] Maybe fix a rare chance that newly spawned parties have the "looted your items" tag
[] Fix talk context after speaking to secret guardian, so no more "Surrender or die" from town guards
[] Experimental fix that hopefully helps avoid parties continuing to siege destroyed centers; reduce minimal party size for sieges
[] Added a faction strength and siegeability check for sieges in individual lord AI script, which was missing before. Maybe helps avoid rogue sieges and Henneth Annun sieges.
[] Restructure game start menu, so players only get gear notifications for the latest selected starting troop
[] Tweak enemy encounter menu to correctly show friendly numbers if allied parties have joined the player. Also make autocalc correctly count friendly parties. Give player a boost in autocalc by letting them attack the first round.
[] Fix the region names on the overland map
[] Improve town walkers spawned by props, so they can interact the same way as regular walkers
[*] Fix a bug in the Night Bandit quest that would disable spawning if center entered from the castle
