Scenes
- Greatly improve ambient sound system for town scenes, with many directional sounds for better immersion
- New scene props, implement a few of Mark7's animated scene props
- Improved town walkers: carrying goods, speed variation
- Implement a number of discoverable secrets in town scenes
- Add a new menu entry for unlocking town NPCs, at a slight influence cost
- Make healers unlockable to town menu, if discovered
- Make important town NPCs subtly wave at player
- New/overhauled town scenes for Minas Morgul and Dol Amroth
- Minor scene improvements: Dale, Umbar Camp, Rhun Camp, Rivendell Camp, Edhellond, Gundabad, Dol Guldur, Edoras, Emyn Muil, and others
Gameplay
- Make companions' leadership affect party size; rallies give some xp
- Tactics skill now influences battle join distance of friendly and enemy parties
- Add a few explanatory notes to TLD options menu; clean up options, move some to cheats menu
Fixes
- Fix surgery formula; implement orc malus
- Disable wages for troops from defeated factions
- Tweak commoness and price of some item modifiers
- Fix a bug that could prevent Gandalf from appearing
- Fix a potential bug where Ent party does not despawn if Isengard is defeated due to faction strength
