- Completely overhaul Isengard Last Stand quest
- Rebalance some Rohan troops and items
- increase number of sold goods for factions that have only one center
- Disable resource point cap, increase faction gift amounts

- rebalance Isengard reinforcement templates

Fixes

- Make male head LODs slightly slimmer to reduce flickering with some helmets
- Make sure Dunedain ranger armours appear in store
- fix a bug that caused AI parties to capture wrong prisoners when capture quest was active
- Cancel horse archer AI if battle is over, in order to avoid awkward animation stances
- Improve scout camp position check
- Fix Crebain Riders having no side weapon
- Avoid capturing bandit orcs while capture quest is active
- Make Merry and Pippin show up at a slightly more lore friendly time
