Bug Fixes
- Column show/hide actually works — hiding a column from the right-click menu now persists correctly. Previously, hidden columns would silently reappear on every page load.
- Duplicate column fix — fixed a bug where the Name column (or any column) could appear twice in list view. Saved column orders are automatically deduplicated on load.
- Column position restored on re-show — re-enabling a hidden column now inserts it back where it was, instead of appending it to the end.
