- A datastore whose data is already on disk is configured again on restore, and a moved datastore is put back if the move fails.
- Cancelling a restore no longer writes PBS configuration from the backup, and services the restore could not stop are started again.
- PBS remote passwords, datastore jobs and permissions, and tape encryption key settings are restored correctly.
- Retention keeps the files of a backup it could not delete and counts only this host's logs.
