SourceVR 0.1.24

  • Completely redesigned launcher.
  • Added headset-based Steam game and Workshop downloads, with pause and resume support. You can still import game files from a PC.
  • Added an Updates screen for checking, downloading, and installing new releases. Automatic checks are optional and off by default.
  • Added Half-Life 2: Lost Coast to the Quest and PICO launchers, with support for Anniversary and steam_legacy game files.
  • Added separate volume controls for voices, music, weapons, ambience, footsteps, and other sounds, plus optional smooth reorientation after tilted portal exits.
  • Improved mounted-gun controls in Half-Life 2 and the episodes: aim with your wrist, steady the gun with a second hand, and switch hands without losing your aim.
  • Improved Gordon's full-body walking, jumping, knees, and view when looking down. Fixed arms-only crouching and stray chest geometry.
  • Fixed the optional Half-Life 2 Portal Gun blocking falls through floor portals and causing a collision crash in Anticitizen One. Also fixed vehicle spawning from the Props menu.
  • Fixed several Portal 2 puzzles and effects, including bounce gel, Wheatley's bomb trajectory, gel inside pipes, a blocked pedestal button, Frankenturrets dissolving unexpectedly, and overlapping music.
  • Fixed missing surfaces at Low Shader Detail, checkerboard placeholders for missing decals, and other rendering issues. Reduced repeated paint-rendering work in Portal 2, and improved bHaptics recovery.
