Changes
- Fixed audio: Bundled all audio files locally (the outerplex.com CDN went down)
- Fixed variable heartbeat: Changed default starting BPM from 60 to 120, so the color change rate actually slows down over the work session as intended (fixes #2)
- Clearer settings: Renamed BPM setting to "Starting BPM (slows to 60)"
- Windows SmartScreen docs: Added README section explaining how to bypass the warning (addresses #3)
- README rewrite: Less marketing fluff, more useful info
