Poznote 6.98.0

A new Offline page, folder archiving, and a few fixes.

✨ New

• Offline page. The new "Offline" button in the sidebar lists the notes and folders available without a network, with why each one is kept, a filter, and a button to keep a note offline or stop.

• Archive a folder. The folder menu has an "Archive folder" entry: the folder, its subfolders and their notes move to the Archives workspace in one go.

🚀 Improved

• On a short screen, when a single sidebar icon is out of view, the "hidden icons" button becomes that icon instead of opening a menu.
• "HTML notes" are now called "rich text notes".
• The welcome note mentions that a right click also opens the commands menu.

🐛 Fixed

• The outline stayed on screen with no note open (#1494).
• Attachments only kept by a snapshot no longer show up in the note's attachment list.
• The note info window was cut off at the bottom on a wide screen.
