A small release focused on improving the UX/UI.

🚀 Improved

• Tab bar: when the tabs no longer fit, arrows appear at both ends to scroll them one tab at a time, and dragging a tab against an edge scrolls the bar to reorder it further.

• Offline page on mobile: the icon rail slides away with the notes list instead of covering the note, the note toolbar has a button back to the list, and a right-click on an attachment offers Open and Download from the copy kept on the device.

• Offline page: the connection status is shown as an icon next to the workspace title, the banner sits above the note, and the "Saved on this device" notice shows for a few seconds after a change instead of staying under the title.
