Fixes

Fixes a set of problems around S3 attachment storage, all sharing one cause: several operations checked whether S3 was enabled instead of whether a bucket was configured. Turning S3 storage off left files stranded in the bucket, where Poznote could no longer see them.

Added

• A warning when you disable S3 storage, or clear its credentials, while attachment files are still in the bucket, with the number of files concerned.
• Clearer wording on the S3 settings page: the switch only decides where new attachments are written, existing files keep working wherever they are, and the switch and the migration can be run in either order.
