This is a big update! 🎉 It brings a new Tasks page, due dates and reminders on tasks, and S3 attachment storage.

✨ Tasks page and tasks

A new Tasks page, available from the dashboard, gathers every task from all your task list notes in one place.

Tasks now have their own options menu inside task list notes. Due dates and reminders on tasks.

Task list notes also display a completion progress bar, which can be hidden from Settings > Interface customization.

And you can insert a link to a specific tasklist from the menu command:

✨ S3 attachment storage

Note attachments can now live in an S3-compatible object storage instead of the local disk.

• New S3 Storage page in Settings:

• Built-in migration in both directions (local disk to bucket and back), for all users.

• Per-user S3 quotas, and S3 usage is shown in the admin storage statistics.

✨ Tenant isolation (SaaS mode)

The tenant isolation setting is now a list of capabilities the admin can block for non-admin users:

As a result, user webhooks are no longer restricted to the primary account: every user can register their own webhooks unless the admin blocks it. Thanks @osmollo for reporting this in #1214 - not showing user webhooks.

🎨 Improvements

• Reminders: reworked date and time handling in the reminder modals, with consistent date and time pickers everywhere.
• Interface customization: the dashboard navigation buttons can now be shown or hidden on every page.
• Graph: the orphan notes and label visibility toggles are now remembered between visits.
