📌 Pin your folders too
Pinning is no longer just for notes: folders can now be pinned to the top of the dashboard. Hover a folder card and click the pin icon.
Pinned folders and notes get their own section at the top, with everything else grouped below an "Others" heading.
🎨 A cleaner note color modal
The note and folder color modal has been redesigned. It now focuses on your palette, and a new "Manage colors" button takes you straight to the palette editor in Settings, where you can add, edit or remove colors. The palette editor also gained a quick "Dashboard" button to jump back to your notes.
🙈 "Hide share user restriction" is now a regular setting
The option to hide the "Restrict to specific users" toggles in share dialogs has moved from the .env file (POZNOTE_HIDE_RESTRICT_USERS) to Settings > Admin, so admins can toggle it from the UI without touching the server. If you were using the environment variable, re-enable the option from Settings after upgrading.
Improvements and fixes
- ✍️ The empty lines above and below an Excalidraw diagram now show a helpful hint, "Write outside the diagram here…", instead of mysterious dots, and the hint disappears as soon as you type.
- 🧑💼 Nicer layout and spacing for the admin Users and Storage stats tables.
- 🔌 The MCP server has been updated to version 3.0, now built on FastMCP, with updated documentation.
