New user notifications for admins
Administrators can now receive an email whenever a new user account is created.
Each admin opts in individually from Settings > SMTP > New user notifications,
and only admins who have an email address on their profile can be selected.
The notification email includes the username, the email address, how the account
was created (single sign-on or administration) and a direct link to the Users page.
Fixes
- Horizontal rules (
---,***,___) are now rendered as real separators
inside callouts and blockquotes, instead of being displayed as plain text.
