Poznote now runs on PHP 8.5, speaks Catalan, and wide Markdown tables are much easier to read and edit.

• Catalan: Catalan is now available as an interface language, with its documentation. Thanks to @ramonbresco! #1702

🚀 Improved

• PHP 8.5: the Docker images now run on PHP 8.5.12, as active support for PHP 8.4 ends this year. Nothing changes for Docker users, and your data stays as it is. Without Docker, PHP 8.4 is now the minimum version. #1704
• Wide Markdown tables: a table wider than the page now scrolls in its own box and keeps its position while you edit. In the source view, it has its own scrollbar. Thanks to @pythoninja! #1701
• Chinese, Japanese and Korean in tables: Markdown table columns now line up correctly with these characters.

🐛 Fixed

• On PHP 8.5 without Docker, deprecation warnings no longer break API responses, which showed up as generic errors in the interface. Thanks to @l1acy! #1704
• Links with parentheses in their address, such as [Paris](https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris_(homonymie)), are no longer cut at the first ")". Thanks to @pythoninja! #1700
• Ctrl+click or Cmd+click now opens a link inside a table in the Markdown live preview. #1700
• Tab and Shift+Tab now keep the edited cell of a wide table fully in sight. #1701
• H1 headings now show their color in the journal view with dark themes. Thanks to @Stephane-30! #1703
