A redesigned Chrome extension that can add pages to an existing note, backup events for webhooks, per-caller sign-in for the MCP server, and several fixes.

✨ New

• Chrome extension 2.0: save a page or a screenshot into an existing note, not only into a new one. The connection settings now open in their own page, and the popup has a new look. This new version is currently under review by Google and will reach the Chrome Web Store once it is approved. #1641

• Backup webhooks: two new webhook events, backup.completed and backup.failed, are sent after each local or S3 backup. #1643

• MCP per-caller authentication: the MCP server can now identify each caller with their own token through your identity provider and map them to their own Poznote profile. It is off by default. Thanks to @grep-ankh for this contribution! #1615

🚀 Improved

• The REST API and MCP server now list the workspaces shared with you under GET /shared/with-me. The docs also explain that shared workspaces can only be opened in the browser. #1647

🐛 Fixed

• The Delete workspace button in the actions menu did nothing when you clicked its label. #1642
• With every tab closed, the last opened note no longer flashes for a moment after login. #1644
• Behind a reverse proxy on a custom port, links on the Shared page no longer lose the port. Images copied from another note on that kind of setup are now also recognised as your own. #1628
