Emails for shared workspaces, a Workspaces section in Settings, note statistics under the title, and a graph that opens faster on big workspaces.

✨ New

• Shared workspace emails. Get an email when someone else changes a note in a workspace you share or that is shared with you: as changes happen, as a daily summary or as a weekly summary. Each email lists the notes created, edited and deleted, with a link to open them (#1545).

• Workspaces section in Settings. The workspace list, the default workspace and the new email setting now live in Settings > Workspaces. The old Workspaces page redirects there.

• Modification date and statistics under the note title. The line under the title shows the creation date, the modification date and the number of characters, words and lines, with an info icon that opens the note details. Each entry can be hidden in Settings > Interface.

• Hide a list from the Tasks page. An eye button on each task list or note takes it off the Tasks page, calendar and progress counts included. "Show hidden lists" brings them back.

• Tags can be set when creating a workspace.
• Ctrl+Shift+F opens Search and replace. Ctrl+Shift+F (Cmd+Shift+F on a Mac) opens the search and replace bar of the current note, Esc closes it and puts the caret back in the note. Ctrl+F stays the browser's find (#1548).
• The note scrollbar is back on a computer, thin and discreet. You can still hide it if you prefer (#1544).

🚀 Improved

• The graph opens on the 100 most recently modified notes, with a "Show all" button to load the whole workspace. GET /api/v1/graph takes a limit parameter.
• Deleting a note no longer reloads the page: its tab closes and the pane moves to the next one.
• What you were still typing in a note is saved before the note is trashed.
• On the Tasks page, long folder names are cut with an ellipsis and shown in full on hover.
• "Last modified by" now names the right person after a task tick, a snapshot restore, a tag rename or a folder move in a shared workspace.
• Attachments are only displayed inline for images, PDFs, audio and video, other types are downloaded.
• Markdown notes in the trash are rendered as Markdown.

🔒 Security

• Hardening from an internal security review. Shared workspaces are better isolated, stored API keys are no longer exposed by the API, note content and Markdown links are checked more strictly, and only images, PDFs, audio and video open inline as attachments.

🐛 Fixed

• Typing in an empty table cell started with an unwanted space.
• With the floating formatting toolbar, Search and replace showed up in the floating menu instead of staying in the note toolbar.
