Poznote 6.100.0

A view options menu in the sidebar, a single Filters panel on the dashboard, touch support for dashboard cards, right-click on images, and pasted images that show at once.

This release also includes everything from 6.100.0-beta:

• Table columns: drag to resize, double-click to fit, align column, row or cell
• Foldable folders on the Folders page
• Wide tables scroll sideways on public notes
• Letter shortcuts on Cyrillic, Greek and other non-Latin layouts
• Restoring a backup brings the public links back
• Fixes for the Markdown editor, stacked notifications, the Insert link dialog and the offline page

✨ New

• View options menu. A ⋮ button on the line between Favorites and the tree opens one menu with the five sort modes (the one in use is highlighted), "Expand all folders", "Hide offline dots" and "Customize sidebar". It replaces the three separate buttons.

• Dashboard filters. One "Filters" button replaces the colour, last modified and tag buttons. The panel has a section for each, the three combine, the button counts the active filters and "Reset filters" clears them.

• Dashboard on touch screens. A long press selects a card: a bar at the top gives the note colour, and moving the finger drags the card to reorder it.
• Right-click on images. The image menu opens on right click (a tap on a touch screen), and a left click on an image that carries a link opens the link in a new tab.
• Filter by reason on the Offline page. A dropdown narrows the list to the notes kept offline, in an offline folder, favorite or recent.
• Copy a snapshot. The snapshot dialog has a "Copy content" button, and a rich-text snapshot is copied with its formatting.

🚀 Improved

• A pasted or dropped image shows at once, dimmed while it uploads, instead of an empty frame until the server answers.
• Coming back to a tab with a Markdown note puts the caret and the place back where you left them.
• Favorites shows ten rows and scrolls beyond that, and no longer displays a count.
• The dashboard grid fits as many cards as the width allows, the "Maximum columns" button is gone.
• On the Tasks page, the status chips sit behind a "Filters" button that shows when a filter is active.
• The Customize panel has a "Sidebar" section and an "Icon rail" section, each with a line saying what it covers, and a button to collapse or expand every section.
• Hiding the offline dots also hides them on the Notes manager page.
• "Information" moved to the end of the "..." menu.
• On a phone: the two Diary buttons stay on one row, the Graph search and folder dropdown share a row, the Notes manager shows one line per note, and the Shares list leaves more room between the link and the buttons.

🐛 Fixed

• A letter typed with AltGr on a non-Latin layout (AltGr+U for "ґ" in Ukrainian) was taken for a shortcut since 6.100.0-beta.
• In the Markdown preview, an image wrapped in a link, [![alt](src)](url), was not rendered.
• In a Markdown note, the image menu offered "Add link", which was lost on save. The entry is gone there, a link written in the source still opens on click.
• A Markdown note left in split view could come back squeezed into half the width.
• On a touch screen, a tap near a table column border started a resize instead of placing the caret.
• Splitting a cell of a column fitted to its content did not halve it.
• Restoring a backup skipped a public link whose address was still held by a share deleted in another account.
• Coming back from the offline page with the Back button left the unsaved changes warning off.
