New features

Add a System tray setting in General Settings and a Hide system tray action. The preference persists across restarts, and hiding the icon keeps the backend running.
Add system-bridge client open to open the web client, with --settings to open General Settings directly.
Add system-bridge client quit to confirm and gracefully stop the local backend through an authenticated, loopback-only endpoint.
Ask for confirmation before hiding the tray icon or quitting from the tray.

Linux desktop confirmation prompts require zenity. Arch packages list it as an optional dependency; DEB and RPM packages recommend it.
Re-enabling the tray icon requires saving the setting and restarting System Bridge. On experimental macOS builds, hiding it also requires a restart.
