Fixes sharing to the Android app, and publishes the app to the F-Droid repository, which 5.28.0's release didn't.

Android app

• Keep a share waiting to be sent through a page reload, such as the web client updating itself as the app comes back into view. Before, the app showed Overview without asking what to do with the share (#4603)
• Publish releases with the shared publish-android-release workflow from timmo001/workflows, which fixes installing fdroidserver and signing the F-Droid repository. The Android workflow can also publish an existing release again by hand
