Two fixes for hardware readings on Linux.

Linux

• Stop reporting another device's voltage as the CPU's. Without an input labelled as the CPU's core voltage, voltage fell back to the first in0_input or in1_input on any hwmon device, such as a PSU's mains input or a laptop battery. It's now null there, and hwmon voltages are always read as millivolts. (#4492)
• Report core_clock and memory_clock for AMD GPUs, from amdgpu's sclk and mclk hwmon inputs. (#4493)
