Stops Discord asking for authorization every few minutes when the client secret is wrong, and leaves loopback out of the combined network I/O.

Discord

• Stop prompting for authorization when Discord refuses the clientId or clientSecret in discord.json. System Bridge now reports the error and waits for the file to change, instead of prompting again every 5 minutes.

Networks

• Leave loopback out of the combined io in the networks module, so local traffic no longer counts towards it.

Connector

• Require aiohttp 3.14.5 in the Python connector, as Home Assistant Core does.
