Adds more Discord controls: who's in your call, per-user mute and volume, your camera and screenshare, soundboard sounds and your latest notification. Discord asks you to authorise again after updating, to grant the new permissions.

Discord

• Add members to call: everyone in the call with their mute, deafen and speaking state, plus your own local_mute and volume for them (#4418).
• Add MUTE_USER, UNMUTE_USER, TOGGLE_USER_MUTE and SET_USER_VOLUME actions to mute a user or set their volume for you only (#4418).
• Add video and screenshare, and TOGGLE_VIDEO and TOGGLE_SCREENSHARE actions to turn your camera and screenshare on or off (#4419).
• Add sounds, the soundboard sounds you can play, and a PLAY_SOUND action to play one in your call (#4419).
• Add notification, your latest Discord notification. Send OPEN_TEXT_CHANNEL with its channel_id to open it (#4420).
• Request the rpc.voice.write, rpc.video.*, rpc.screenshare.* and rpc.notifications.read scopes. A token without them is dropped, so Discord shows a fresh prompt to authorise again.
